Career Opportunity Description:

Swiss Set Up Machinist (Full-Time)

We have a superb opportunity for a skilled Swiss Set Up Machinist to join our growing manufacturing firm with lots of opportunity. China Surgical Needle has openings on all shifts. Based in the northeastern part of Shenzhen, we want YOU to be part of our fast-paced production team.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for setting up and running our CNC Swiss operations, including new processes
• Ensures setup sheets and other process information is complete and accurate
• Determines/verifies appropriate tooling for use in machining and manufacturing operations
• Ensures machining and manufacturing operations are capable and effective
• Troubleshoots production problems and implements solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Familiar with Citizen and Tornos equipment
• Able to read and write CNC programs (as needed)
• Communicates operation/machine activity requirements to operators

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of machining experience

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

We have a superb opportunity for a skilled machinist with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing manufacturing firm with lots of opportunity. China Surgical Needle has openings on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts. Based in the northeast part of Shenzhen, you will be part of a fast-paced production team.

• Mechanically inclined
• 1+ years of machining experience
